The program allows for variable magnification settings between 1x and 16x during recording and playback, although magnifications beyond 4x may introduce noticeable noise.

The lossless uncompressed recording feature ensures high quality; however, it results in larger file sizes. Users can choose between 16-bit 48kHz stereo and float 48kHz stereo for recording. The float format has the advantage of preventing distortion from loud inputs, while the 16-bit format provides excellent sound quality for quieter recordings.

For close-range or noisy environments, selecting float 48kHz is advisable to minimize sound distortion during recording. The FLAC format converter maintains lossless quality while allowing for file size reduction. If sound levels are consistent, the 16-bit 48kHz option is preferable.

Caution is advised: do not disconnect earphones while using the earphone auxiliary function as it may cause feedback issues. It is recommended to press the stop button before removing the earphones.

For optimal recording performance, utilizing the built-in microphone of the mobile device is suggested. Although mobile devices typically house two microphones, Google policy restricts simultaneous recording to one. For stereo recordings, connecting a USB-C type stereo microphone is recommended. Users can magnify sounds by up to 16 times; however, be cautious as loud sounds may become distorted during playback—recording at 1 to 2 times is advisable.
